Vortex Optics Diamondback Tactical

Another good budget scope series from Vortex is the Diamondback Tactical. This series of scopes offers you magnification settings from 6x to 24x. Whereas the Crossfire II is designed primarily for hunting use, the Diamondback Tactical is intended more for tactical use (hence Diamondback Tactical) but it can absolutely be used for hunting too if the user so desires.

The lenses of the Diamondback are built out of a very low dispersion glass and are multicoated for an improved sight picture. The tactical turrets and side parallax knob make the Diamondback very simple and easy for the user to adjust. Changing between the magnification settings is an absolute breeze.

The body of the scope itself is built out of aircraft grade aluminum, and is strong enough to resist both inclement weather and intense recoil from the rifle. The Diamondback is also both waterproof and fogproof. As with the Crossfire II as well, the Diamondback is designed to be an affordable and yet quality scope for the budget conscious.
